Dear Friends and Family,
This is the third segment on the ideological change which is happening in our country. This segment focuses on our society’s movement toward Marxism, a movement that has been greatly accelerated by the policies of the Biden/Harris administration. The excerpts are from Senator Ted Cruz’s book: Unwoke: How to Defeat Cultural Marxism in America (2023).
The excerpts show how Marxism has infiltrated our Universities and Colleges, K- 12 Education, America’s Newsrooms, Big Tech, Government, Corporations, Entertainment, Medicine, and Science, particularly in throwing out merit for equity, and individualism for collectivism, and free speech for censorship. Open borders and weaponization of government could well have been added. What does equity, collectivism, censorship, open borders, and weaponization of government add up to? Marxism. A societal system that has been repeatedly tried in history and has never worked. Marxism is clearly linked to pure socialism and communism. The excerpts are short on what to do about it, except to put conservatives back in power to slow its rapid movement.
The coming election is foremost in my mind. As I was completing this segment it brought to mind the chant at the recent Democrat Convention, “Look Forward, Don’t Look Back,” and Harris’s favorite quote “Unburdened by What Has Been.” I interpreted both as “look forward to more Marxism but don’t look back to see how far we have slid in that direction.”
As I look forward, I become frightened. Why? I, as well as you, do not know what Kamala Harris has in mind for the country because she hasn’t told us. There is nothing on her website, only one 16 ½ minute prerecorded interview, no press conferences, no town hall meetings, and she has been a candidate for president for 52 days. All she has really provided is a lot of rhetoric and flip-flopping and a few Marxist economic ideas. To fill that void, I put together a listing of her actions within Biden/Harris administration, her advocacy through her political years, and her stance on the issues (past and current). This can be found in the Commentary Section of the Blog under the title of “Kamala Harris’s Record and Stance on the Issues.” I think it tells a revealing story.

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY – SEGMENT 13
INFUSION OF CULTURAL MARXISM – EXERPTS
INTRODUCTION: Today, ideas that were once peripheral to American life are at the forefront. Notions like White supremacy, class warfare, and internalized racism are now discussed on major news networks as if they have always been with us. Using the same Marxist framework – a never-ending struggle between victims and oppressors that can only be corrected through force by the government’s punishing the oppressors and rewarding the victims – the progressives extended the oppression matrix to race, gender, sexual orientation transgenderism, and disability. All the terms would eventually become familiar to American audiences: systemic racism, White privilege, and post-colonialism. The only way to end the oppression of the oppressed classes is to mount a revolution against the ruling capitalist class.
Today, ideas that were once (rightly) considered insane are mainstream. This has happened because the radical Left has systematically seized control of the organs of the transmission of ideas. They began with the universities. Then they expanded to K-12 education. Then came science and journalism and Big Business and Big Tech. Even entertainment was not exempt. Within these institutions – and consequently in the U.S. in general, if you think wrong you will be reprogrammed. If you speak wrong, you will be silenced. If you act wrong, you will be cancelled, eliminated, fired, destroyed. Anti-American Marxists have systematically worked to destroy our nation, to capture our institutions, and to turn them against us. To turn them against America, so that they have literally become organs of hate undermining our history, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our founding, and our fundamental liberties.
INFILTRATION OF AMERICAN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES: On December 31, 1991, the Soviet Union voted itself out of existence. For Marxist academics, this should have been the ultimate ideological death blow. But rather than shifting gears and finding something else to study – or at least another historical figure on whom they could base their entire philosophies – Marxist professors grew more emboldened than ever. The first time these strange ideas found their expression was in the phenomenon known as “political correctness,” which swept campuses in the early 1990s.
Free speech does exist on college campuses, but it exists only for people who express the pre-approved leftist views shared by the college faculty and administrators – which, as many people have pointed out, makes a mockery of the whole concept. They believe that free speech is permissible only if that speech is not going to hurt the feelings of any protected class that had been deemed sufficiently “oppressed” by the woke neo-Marxists.
INFILTRATION OF K – 12 EDUCATION: Marxism doesn’t work. Any college student with sense who reads enough world history will eventually reach this conclusion. Study for even a few minutes and anyone can detect the rot at the core of Marx’s central thesis. This presents a problem for the Woke Totalitarians of today. If anyone can find out that your core ideas are built on a fraudulent, evil system just by reading, then even the most sophisticated propaganda campaign will not be enough to win hearts and minds. Their solution? In my father’s home country of Cuba, one of the first moves of Fidel Castro and his fellow revolutionaries was to dismantle the education system and rebuild it from the ground up. Getting children while they were young was one of the most important goals of the revolution. Children were in his words, “malleable clay with which the new man, without any of the previous defects, can be formed.”
By “defects,” communists mean the things that get in the way of violent revolution—things like religion, traditional values, and a belief in the family as the basic structural unit of society. The idea wasn’t new. From the moment that Karl Marx and his disciples first began writing about their vision for the world in the mid-1800s, they dreamed of a society in which it was the state, not the families, that would take care of educating children.
We have seen efforts by todays American Left to not only rewrite our history but to annihilate it completely. In classrooms all over the U.S. children are being taught to abhor our nation’s past and to view our founders as evil racists who want nothing more than to enslave and torture anyone who wasn’t White. It teaches that America is irredeemably racist. Everything parents and grandparents believed about this country is not only wrong, but racist.
INFILTRATION INTO AMERICA’S NEWSROOMS: The tendency of all revolutions – especially Marxist ones – is to insist on complete agreement at all times. When you’re dealing with a woke neo-Marxist movement, the truth is whatever the revolutionaries need it to be at that very moment. This is why, when communists come to power in a given society, independent newspapers are usually among the first institutions to fall. The revolutionaries knew that if people were able to find objective truth, their regime could not last. “Objectivity has got to go.” For a long time, journalists attempted to hide their passion for left-wing activism. Now, they are brazen in their partisan ideological bias and their willingness to actively deceive the public to advance their agenda -- because they don’t think they’re doing anything wrong.
THE INFILTRATION OF BIG TECH: Around the end of President Obama’s first term, when Twitter and Facebook were just beginning to become the de facto platforms for sharing information and conducting political discussions online, we began hearing about another open secret. In this case, it was about the tendency of Big Tech platforms like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Google to “shadow ban” conservative content. The allegation was that the employees at these tech companies – who, as everyone knew, were almost exclusively on the left – were intentionally limiting the reach of conservative figures online. With each passing day, these allegations became more and more plausible. A simple Google search about a hot topic would yield results uniformly left-wing publications, typically relegating more conservative content to the eighth or ninth page of the search results – which in terms of the internet, might as well be Siberia.
Then, almost as soon as Joe Biden became the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, the Democratic censorship machine kicked into overdrive. It’s no surprise that Twitter worked so hard to make sure that Joe Biden and his band of Cultural Marxists ended up winning the White House in 2020. These people shared beliefs about nearly everything, especially when it came to censorship and the danger that “free speech” could pose to the world. Today, the very means by which most Americans get their news and interact with one another have been twisted and poisoned by partisan actors who believe it is their duty to spread radical leftist ideas far and wide, and to suppress any ideas that might compete.
Now “misinformation” would be defined as anything that could be potentially harmful to Joe Biden’s electoral prospects. This, as we now know, is what made them censor a story in the New York Post, initially published on October 14, 2020, that went into great detail about some of Hunter Biden’s overseas business deals, many of which involved his father and other members of the Biden family. It would have been clear to anyone working at Twitter around this time, when the presidential race was still very much up in the air, that having the Post’s story go into wide circulation would have been very bad for Joe Biden. We are now aware of just how hard employees at Twitter worked to conceal the Hunter Biden laptop story from the public, at least until the elections could happen and put Joe Biden in the White House. We know how many complaints they ignored from the Trump campaign about this deliberately censorious practice, and how aware they all were that what they were doing was wrong. The next Republican administration (no Democrat will do it) must bring serious creativity and a laser focus to using all the tools of government to ending Big Tech censorship.
INFILTRATION OF GOVERNMENT: As president, Joe Biden has not prioritized expertise or competency when nominating people to fill his administration. Ideology and political activism appear to be much more important in the selection process. Anyone who doubts this need only consider the resumes of Pete Buttigieg, who heads the massive Transportation Department despite only even having been the mayor of a small town, and of Rachel Levine, who seems to have been given control of a major portion of the Department of Health and Human Services solely because Levine is a “transgender woman.”
As Biden continues to fill the government with Cultural Marxists it becomes clearer and clearer just how seriously this administration is attempting to transform the federal government, and by extension American society.
THE COST OF EQUITY: What the Biden administration wants to do is promote equality of outcome, ensuring that the U.S. government – and eventually, all schools, businesses, universities, and other institutions – replaces the goal of fairness with “equity.” In other words, the federal government cannot stop until all outcomes are equal. Presumably, that means that all institutions must have equal representation, and that all groups in society – however you choose to define these groups, whether along racial, ethnic, or sexual lines – must have the same outcomes across the board.
This executive order – along with many other documents published by the Biden White House – is an explicitly neo-Marxist document. Rather than drawing economic battle lines the way Karl Marx and his first disciples did, it reframes the debate along the lines of race, gender, and sexuality. Anyone who has ever been discriminated against or “marginalized” is now part of the revolutionary class, and the solution is to ensure mandated “equity” for all people. The tentacles of the federal government had already glommed on to nearly every institution in the U.S., attempting to reorient them toward the strange new goal of equity.
And yet anyone who brings up these valid objections is labelled a bigot or racist. This is where Marxist movements always lead. A single set of ideas comes down from the top, and anyone who dissents even slightly must be taken out or silenced by the state. Already we’ve seen how the Biden administration has done this through social media, censorship, public shaming, and even the use of heavy weaponry. But these are far from the only means that the government has to enforce its neo-Marxist ideas.
INFLITRATION OF CORPORATIONS: When major American corporations release statements expressing their newfound woke beliefs, they are almost always appealing to a particular audience. Many people make the mistake of assuming that this audience is the American people. That is incorrect. In recent years, the real audience for the statements and actions of publicly traded corporations has been three massive investment firms: BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard. As of 2022, these three firms manage just over $20 trillion in assets, an amount that rivals the entire gross domestic product of the United States. But the “Big Three” didn’t get their money by inventing things, selling things, or offering great services. They got it because we, the people, gave it to them to invest.
At the most basic level, the “Big Three” provide a simple service. They take money from ordinary Americans, usually in the form of 401 (k) plans or mutual funds, and then they decide how to invest that money so that customers will get the highest possible return on investment. The idea is that their customers – meaning us, the people whose money they are managing – can go about their lives without having to constantly keep an eye on the stock market. That way we don’t have to research every stock that’s in our 401 (k) and buy the ones we think are going to make a profit. For a long time, politics didn’t factor into this equation. Then slowly, that began to change.
People first noticed that something was slightly off in January of 2018, when Larry Fink, the CEO of the investment firm BlackRock, wrote a letter to the CEOs of the companies in which BlackRock was invested outlining a “new vision” for what the investment firm wanted going forward. Fink began to promote a new movement known as ESG, which stands for “environmental, social, and governance.” According to this method of investing and running of companies, BlackRock would no longer take only profit and loss into account; it would, rather, consider a wide range of factor when deciding how to invest the hard-earned money of Americans. Considerations of what impact a given company might have on the climate, for instance, or how friendly a given company was likely to be toward the transgender community, would now be important. The “Big Three” investment firms began using their voices and votes as shareholders to change the values of the companies that they did invest in, almost always to align with woke values.
INFILTRATION OF ENTERTAINMENT: Wokeness, like many forms of Cultural Marxism that came before it, relies on complete control. Artists who want the approval of the woke mob must ensure that their art contains exactly the right political messages, and that it does not contain anything that might be misconstrued by the public to say anything other than those messages. Any piece of entertainment that deviates even slightly from those politics is deemed unworthy of anyone’s time. This means that when you go to the movies or watch television today, you’re likely to see all the tenets of neo-Marxism staring right back at you.
“In Hollywood right now,” political commentator Andrew Klavan writes, “it’s not enough to disrespect your mother country on screen. You have to despise it. You have to depict it as a cesspit of racism and cruelty. Your hero has to be a victim. Your victim has to be a minority. Preferably female. Preferably with a penis.”
The top shows in the country all seem to have been created in the same sick, woke laboratory. The characters speak endlessly about oppression, microaggressions, and the racism that all “people of color” in the United States must live with. The plot of these films and shows depict life in the U.S. as an eternal struggle of good versus evil, in which minorities of all kinds are always fighting against the oppressive structures of the places they live. And anyone who dares to point out that this does not quite reflect reality is immediately shamed.
This idea isn’t new. In China under Mao Zedong, one of the primary ways that the government got its message out was by making smarmy, propagandistic films about the glories of communism. The same thing happened in the Soviet Union. Now it’s Hollywood regularly churning out films that push the tenets of Marxism, albeit the strange American variant that is obsessed with race and gender rather than class.
INFILTRATION OF MEDICINE: Increasingly, the medical profession is staffed by people who believe in the strange neo-Marxist views expressed by students at Columbia medical school. These doctors and nurses believe that the mission of medicine is not simply to heal the patient that is in front of them on any given day but to do “health equity work,” to disrupt “dominant narratives…grounded in white supremacy.” New doctors are taught in medical schools all over the country that, “narratives that uncritically center meritocracy and individualism render invisible the genuine constraints generated and reinforced by poverty, discrimination, and ultimately exclusion.” Read that again. “The Science” is now telling us that “meritocracy” and “individualism” are simply tools of oppression. Amazingly, medical students are now being taught to treat patients differently based on race. As a matter of principle, this is utterly wrong. It has no place in medicine. The tenets of Marxism are literally going to kill people.
INFILTRATION OF SCIENCE: In 2019, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claimed that the world was going to end “in twelve years” if we don’t do something about climate change. Her source for this outrageous claim, it turns out, was a special report published one year earlier by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), a group of nearly two hundred scientists around the globe overseen by the United Nations. Immediately after this report was released, almost every major newspaper in the U.S. reported its findings with total credulity.
Axios published a piece that included quotes from scientists who disagreed with her claim. What the report that AOC was quoting actually said was that “in order to have a good chance of limiting warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius from preindustrial times, carbon emissions needed to decline by 45% by 2030.” The IPCC did not say the world would end, nor that civilization would collapse, if temperatures rose above 1.5 degrees Celsius. Interestingly, in September 2022 – when we supposedly had only nine years to live according to the Left – the most recent data from NASA reported there had been no warming in the past eight years, despite tons more carbon dioxide being released into the atmosphere. In other words, a bunch of political activists had taken a study that had at least the patina of science, twisted it around, and used it to further their political ends.
When it comes to climate change the exaggerations and distortions of “The Science” uniformly go in the direction they like – that is, toward the proposition that we’re all going to die unless we give unlimited power to the Democrats and the United Nations so they can “fix” the climate for us.
A BLIND EYE TO CHINA: What many people don’t realize is just how many of our institutions and key figures in the United States have become inextricably tied to China – a country that is run by actual Marxists who openly cheer for the demise of the United States and the global order we’ve upheld for decades. Today, with the cover they’re given by Cultural Marxists in the media, they no longer make any real attempts to hide it.
Today the United States is the world’s leader in oil and natural gas production; we produce roughly 20% of all the oil and gas produced worldwide. As a result of the shale revolution, America now produces more energy than we consume. But what do Democrat and the ESG proponents demand? That we shift our energy consumption from fossil fuels – which generate more than 75% of the energy we consume, and which we produce in massive quantities considerably more cleanly than most of the rest of the world – to wind and solar. And who controls wind and solar? China
China controls refining capacity for 73% of the world’s cobalt, 40% of the copper, 59% of the lithium, 68% of the nickel, and 83% of rare earth metals. Every one of those is necessary for wind and solar. And when it comes to the finished products that Democrats want to produce all our domestic energy, China is responsible for 80% of global solar panels manufacturing, 70% of global wind turbine manufacturing, and 77% of global lithium-ion battery manufacturing. So, understand, every time you hear a Democrat saying, we must immediately have an energy transition from oil and gas to wind and solar, what they are really saying is that We should trade American energy independence for complete and total dependence on China for our energy. That would render the American economy completely defenseless to China’s cutting off our energy and would enable the Chinese communist government to almost totally cut off energy from the American military making us utterly powerless to stand up to Chinese aggression.
SUMMARY: Marxism survives only in darkness. Our people continue to have a deep reservoir of common sense. That’s why the Cultural Marxists operate quietly, because they know their ideas are not widely shared. But every time another one of their abuses is exposed, more and more people wake up to the threat. More and more of us are fighting back. And, if that keeps happening – if we are smart, strategic, systemic, and relentless (just like the Marxist have been) – I fully believe we will take America back.

We know how many complaints they ignored from the Trump campaign about this deliberately censorious practice, and how aware they all were that what they were doing was wrong. The next Republican administration (no Democrat will do it) must bring serious creativity and a laser focus to using all the tools of government to ending Big Tech censorship.
INFILTRATION OF GOVERNMENT: As president, Joe Biden has not prioritized expertise or competency when nominating people to fill his administration. Ideology and political activism appear to be much more important in the selection process. Anyone who doubts this need only consider the resumes of Pete Buttigieg, who heads the massive Transportation Department despite only even having been the mayor of a small town, and of Rachel Levine, who seems to have been given control of a major portion of the Department of Health and Human Services solely because Levine is a “transgender woman.”
As Biden continues to fill the government with Cultural Marxists it becomes clearer and clearer just how seriously this administration is attempting to transform the federal government, and by extension American society.
THE COST OF EQUITY: What the Biden administration wants to do is promote equality of outcome, ensuring that the U.S. government – and eventually, all schools, businesses, universities, and other institutions – replaces the goal of fairness with “equity.” In other words, the federal government cannot stop until all outcomes are equal. Presumably, that means that all institutions must have equal representation, and that all groups in society – however you choose to define these groups, whether along racial, ethnic, or sexual lines – must have the same outcomes across the board.
This executive order – along with many other documents published by the Biden White House – is an explicitly neo-Marxist document. Rather than drawing economic battle lines the way Karl Marx and his first disciples did, it reframes the debate along the lines of race, gender, and sexuality. Anyone who has ever been discriminated against or “marginalized” is now part of the revolutionary class, and the solution is to ensure mandated “equity” for all people. The tentacles of the federal government had already glommed on to nearly every institution in the U.S., attempting to reorient them toward the strange new goal of equity.
And yet anyone who brings up these valid objections is labelled a bigot or racist. This is where Marxist movements always lead. A single set of ideas comes down from the top, and anyone who dissents even slightly must be taken out or silenced by the state. Already we’ve seen how the Biden administration has done this through social media, censorship, public shaming, and even the use of heavy weaponry. But these are far from the only means that the government has to enforce its neo-Marxist ideas.
INFLITRATION OF CORPORATIONS: When major American corporations release statements expressing their newfound woke beliefs, they are almost always appealing to a particular audience. Many people make the mistake of assuming that this audience is the American people. That is incorrect. In recent years, the real audience for the statements and actions of publicly traded corporations has been three massive investment firms: BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard. As of 2022, these three firms manage just over $20 trillion in assets, an amount that rivals the entire gross domestic product of the United States. But the “Big Three” didn’t get their money by inventing things, selling things, or offering great services. They got it because we, the people, gave it to them to invest.
At the most basic level, the “Big Three” provide a simple service. They take money from ordinary Americans, usually in the form of 401 (k) plans or mutual funds, and then they decide how to invest that money so that customers will get the highest possible return on investment. The idea is that their customers – meaning us, the people whose money they are managing – can go about their lives without having to constantly keep an eye on the stock market. That way we don’t have to research every stock that’s in our 401 (k) and buy the ones we think are going to make a profit. For a long time, politics didn’t factor into this equation. Then slowly, that began to change.
People first noticed that something was slightly off in January of 2018, when Larry Fink, the CEO of the investment firm BlackRock, wrote a letter to the CEOs of the companies in which BlackRock was invested outlining a “new vision” for what the investment firm wanted going forward. Fink began to promote a new movement known as ESG, which stands for “environmental, social, and governance.” According to this method of investing and running of companies, BlackRock would no longer take only profit and loss into account; it would, rather, consider a wide range of factor when deciding how to invest the hard-earned money of Americans. Considerations of what impact a given company might have on the climate, for instance, or how friendly a given company was likely to be toward the transgender community, would now be important. The “Big Three” investment firms began using their voices and votes as shareholders to change the values of the companies that they did invest in, almost always to align with woke values.
INFILTRATION OF ENTERTAINMENT: Wokeness, like many forms of Cultural Marxism that came before it, relies on complete control. Artists who want the approval of the woke mob must ensure that their art contains exactly the right political messages, and that it does not contain anything that might be misconstrued by the public to say anything other than those messages. Any piece of entertainment that deviates even slightly from those politics is deemed unworthy of anyone’s time. This means that when you go to the movies or watch television today, you’re likely to see all the tenets of neo-Marxism staring right back at you.
“In Hollywood right now,” political commentator Andrew Klavan writes, “it’s not enough to disrespect your mother country on screen. You have to despise it. You have to depict it as a cesspit of racism and cruelty. Your hero has to be a victim. Your victim has to be a minority. Preferably female. Preferably with a penis.”
The top shows in the country all seem to have been created in the same sick, woke laboratory. The characters speak endlessly about oppression, microaggressions, and the racism that all “people of color” in the United States must live with. The plot of these films and shows depict life in the U.S. as an eternal struggle of good versus evil, in which minorities of all kinds are always fighting against the oppressive structures of the places they live. And anyone who dares to point out that this does not quite reflect reality is immediately shamed.
This idea isn’t new. In China under Mao Zedong, one of the primary ways that the government got its message out was by making smarmy, propagandistic films about the glories of communism. The same thing happened in the Soviet Union. Now it’s Hollywood regularly churning out films that push the tenets of Marxism, albeit the strange American variant that is obsessed with race and gender rather than class.
INFILTRATION OF MEDICINE: Increasingly, the medical profession is staffed by people who believe in the strange neo-Marxist views expressed by students at Columbia medical school. These doctors and nurses believe that the mission of medicine is not simply to heal the patient that is in front of them on any given day but to do “health equity work,” to disrupt “dominant narratives…grounded in white supremacy.” New doctors are taught in medical schools all over the country that, “narratives that uncritically center meritocracy and individualism render invisible the genuine constraints generated and reinforced by poverty, discrimination, and ultimately exclusion.” Read that again. “The Science” is now telling us that “meritocracy” and “individualism” are simply tools of oppression. Amazingly, medical students are now being taught to treat patients differently based on race. As a matter of principle, this is utterly wrong. It has no place in medicine. The tenets of Marxism are literally going to kill people.
INFILTRATION OF SCIENCE: In 2019, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claimed that the world was going to end “in twelve years” if we don’t do something about climate change. Her source for this outrageous claim, it turns out, was a special report published one year earlier by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), a group of nearly two hundred scientists around the globe overseen by the United Nations. Immediately after this report was released, almost every major newspaper in the U.S. reported its findings with total credulity.
Axios published a piece that included quotes from scientists who disagreed with her claim. What the report that AOC was quoting actually said was that “in order to have a good chance of limiting warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius from preindustrial times, carbon emissions needed to decline by 45% by 2030.” The IPCC did not say the world would end, nor that civilization would collapse, if temperatures rose above 1.5 degrees Celsius. Interestingly, in September 2022 – when we supposedly had only nine years to live according to the Left – the most recent data from NASA reported there had been no warming in the past eight years, despite tons more carbon dioxide being released into the atmosphere. In other words, a bunch of political activists had taken a study that had at least the patina of science, twisted it around, and used it to further their political ends.
When it comes to climate change the exaggerations and distortions of “The Science” uniformly go in the direction they like – that is, toward the proposition that we’re all going to die unless we give unlimited power to the Democrats and the United Nations so they can “fix” the climate for us.
A BLIND EYE TO CHINA: What many people don’t realize is just how many of our institutions and key figures in the United States have become inextricably tied to China – a country that is run by actual Marxists who openly cheer for the demise of the United States and the global order we’ve upheld for decades. Today, with the cover they’re given by Cultural Marxists in the media, they no longer make any real attempts to hide it.
Today the United States is the world’s leader in oil and natural gas production; we produce roughly 20% of all the oil and gas produced worldwide. As a result of the shale revolution, America now produces more energy than we consume. But what do Democrat and the ESG proponents demand? That we shift our energy consumption from fossil fuels – which generate more than 75% of the energy we consume, and which we produce in massive quantities considerably more cleanly than most of the rest of the world – to wind and solar. And who controls wind and solar? China
China controls refining capacity for 73% of the world’s cobalt, 40% of the copper, 59% of the lithium, 68% of the nickel, and 83% of rare earth metals. Every one of those is necessary for wind and solar. And when it comes to the finished products that Democrats want to produce all our domestic energy, China is responsible for 80% of global solar panels manufacturing, 70% of global wind turbine manufacturing, and 77% of global lithium-ion battery manufacturing. So, understand, every time you hear a Democrat saying, we must immediately have an energy transition from oil and gas to wind and solar, what they are really saying is that We should trade American energy independence for complete and total dependence on China for our energy. That would render the American economy completely defenseless to China’s cutting off our energy and would enable the Chinese communist government to almost totally cut off energy from the American military making us utterly powerless to stand up to Chinese aggression.
SUMMARY: Marxism survives only in darkness. Our people continue to have a deep reservoir of common sense. That’s why the Cultural Marxists operate quietly, because they know their ideas are not widely shared. But every time another one of their abuses is exposed, more and more people wake up to the threat. More and more of us are fighting back. And, if that keeps happening – if we are smart, strategic, systemic, and relentless (just like the Marxist have been) – I fully believe we will take America back.
