This is the last segment of this series and in keeping with researching Biden’s policy record and the ideological change of the Democrat Party the segment deals with the Biden corruption. In my opinion, the corruption goes hand in hand with his legacy. He will be remembered as the President who inflicted a 22% rise in inflation, who moved the country substantially to the Left (Marxism/Socialism), who (hopefully temporarily) killed the “American Dream” by replacing merit with equity, who resurrected terrorism throughout the world with the catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan and abandoning the sanctions on Iran, who failed to maintain peace both in the Middle East and Europe, and who did not recognize the storm clouds of World War III and the BRICS alliance. A man who was inflicted with dementia.
He maintained his legacy to the end, as he was missing in action on two great hurricanes in America’s southeast. He and his successor, Kamala Harris, displayed no sense of urgency, no preplanning, no leadership, and no compassion. They even failed on the monetary side as they had exhausted FEMA funds because they spent them on illegal immigrant resettlement. Simultaneously they sent $167 million to Lebanon for humanitarian aid. They will be remembered as putting American citizens last in their priorities.
Yet, when asked the question what she would change in the Biden administration on the View last week if she could, Kamala Harris replied “nothing.”
When all is said and done, corruption is just one piece of the legacy of one of the worst American presidents in history.

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY – SEGMENT 18
CORRUPTION
THE BIDEN FAMILY BUSINESS: The Biden family has received tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments and state-run businesses, most notably the Communist Chinese regime. They set up phony businesses, shell corporations, and other subterfuges to conceal the transactions. Hunter Biden’s laptop contains emails that draw Joe Biden directly into the mix, despite Biden repeatedly insisting he has never discussed these business activities with his son.
The Hunter laptop revealed an email to “Hunter, Jim Biden and other partners on May 13, 2017, … an equity breakdown (in a multimillion-dollar deal with Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC) in which 10% of the lucrative CEFC joint venture would be held by Hunter ‘for the big guy.’” This explains why the Democrat Party media feared what contents on the laptop might reveal, so they squelched it during the 2020 election. It also explains why the Biden campaign organized the effort to dismiss the laptop as Russian disinformation, enlisting 51 former spies to write their disinformation letter and the Democrat Party media to repeatedly and aggressively hawk it.
Moreover, the Biden Treasury Department also refuses to provide the House Oversight Committee with 150 suspicious financial transactions reports from Hunter and Jim Biden, including large sums of money, forcing the committee to gather the information directly from banks. The point here is that despite the Biden administration’s efforts to obstruct various congressional oversight committees, the level and quality of information raising serious questions of criminality and national security treats by Joe Biden and his family far exceeds the “conflict of interest” or “appearance of conflict of interest” standards by which an attorney general is expected to appoint a special counsel.

On Wednesday, October 14, 2020, the New York Post published the first of a series of front-page bombshells from the contents of Hunter’s laptop. The story, headlines “Biden’s Secret Emails,” revealed a bombshell 2015 email indicating that Joe, as vice president, had met in Washington with a high-ranking representative of the corrupt Ukrainian energy company that was paying his junkie son a million dollars a year to sit on its board. Eight months after the meeting, Joe flew to Kyiv and threatened to withhold $1 billion in US aid the Ukrainian government fired its top prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was pursuing Burisma for corruption at the time.
But soon after the Post’s story broke online, social media censored it. Facebook announced it had throttled the story’s reach. Twitter locked the Post’s account for two weeks, then admitted after the election that it had made a mistake. It was a chilling exercise of raw political power by an unaccountable Big Tech – the term given to the oligopoly of global corporations that dominated the information technology industry. The coordinated censorship of America’s oldest newspaper, with the fourth largest circulation in the nation, amounted to election interference.
I have authenticated material on the laptop by interviewing, on background, several recipients of Hunter’s emails and messages. A collection of documents obtained from Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski, including WhatsApp messages with Hunter and Jim Biden, crossmatches with material on the laptop. Hunter’s laptop tells an alarming story of the national interest sold out for personal gain at the highest level, in particular to Communist China, our greatest strategic foe. The conclusion is inescapable. The president cannot extricate his family’s moneymaking schemes from America’s foreign policy imperatives.

The House of Representative’s Oversight Committee’s Inquiry: According to the committee, Hunter Biden and a web of associated business entities and family members raked in over $20 million from 2014 to 2017 – not coincidentally the last years of the Obama administration, when then Vice President Joe Biden wielded considerable influence. The Hunter Biden hustle has all the hallmarks of a classic Washington influence-peddling operation: shady characters, murky deals, money moving between shell companies. The gravy train started rolling in the spring of 2014, with money first flowing in from Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine: $142,000 from a well-connected Kazakh millionaire: $3.5 million from a Russian oligarch; $6.5 million from Ukraine. In 2015, a Romanian tycoon began payments eventually totaling $3 million. In 2017, $8 million materialized from China.

The Biden Family Web: Joe’s son Hunter has shouldered a fair share of responsibility for financing the family’s lavish lifestyle, according to messages found on his laptop … Hunter reportedly secured various business deals with Ukraine and China by allegedly trading on his father’s position. In return, Biden was given a percentage of the profits according to Hunter’s former business partner, US Navy veteran Tony Bobulinski. In one message, in January 2019, Hunter complains to daughter Naomi about kicking back half of his earnings from lucrative board positions and his own firm’s legal work to support his father and stepmother. With the cash, Joe and Jill bought two homes in Delaware worth a combined $4 million and made investments totaling another $4 million.
The Biden family business received over $20 million from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan while Joe Biden was in between jobs, having left the vice presidency and about to run for president, House Committee on Oversight and Accountability chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed. Comer added, “Its clear Joe Biden knew about his son’s business dealings and allowed himself to be ‘the brand’ sold to enrich the Biden family while he was Vice President of the United States. Comer believes the Biden family opened more than twenty shell companies to hide payments and launder money. “When you set up a bunch of shell companies for the sole purpose to launder money, that is called racketeering,” he said. Most of the money was carefully and skillfully hidden from public view by what the committee described as “a complex money laundering scheme involving millions of dollars from foreign entities that investigators contend went to President Joe Biden and nearly a dozen members of his family.”

This makes Trump the first former president in U.S. history to face federal charges. He is also the current president’s most popular political rival. Biden could shut down the investigation at any time, but he would never do that. President Biden, after all, has never cared about unity or equal justice under the law, but he does care mightily about satisfying the left-wing base of the Democrat Party, which badly wants to see the Bad Orange Man in a collared orange jumpsuit. The hypocrisy is breathtaking, but it’s also a double dog dare to Republicans and everyone else in Washington: Joe Biden is confident that no one will ever hold him accountable for his mishandling of classified documents. This is a partisan advantage afforded only to Democrats.

However, for the reasons summarized below, we conclude that the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecution of Mr. Biden is also unwarranted based on our consideration of the aggravating and mitigating factors set forth in the Department of Justice’s Principles of Federal Prosecution. For these reasons, we decline prosecution of Mr. Biden.
Mr. Biden’s’ memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023. Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during the interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they would convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.

CHINESE DONATIONS: Joe Biden was also indirectly on the payroll of the Chinese government ever since his retirement as vice president in 2017 until his election as president in November 2020. Out of a job, unemployed, and with no steady source of income, the former vice president cut a lucrative deal with the University of Pennsylvania to found the Penn Biden Center. Part of Joe Biden’s new wealth came from $775,000 he made over four years from the University of Pennsylvania (to lead the Penn Biden Center as the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor). Most of the money came in anonymous donations to the center – fortune cookies, really – from various sources in China. From this post he earned $372,000 salary in 2017. He stayed on for the next few years, earning $405,000 in 2018. What did he do for the money? Not much. The Philadelphia Inquirer kindly describes his role as involving “no regular classes and around a dozen public appearances on campus, mostly in big, ticketed events.” But more worrisome is the source of the money paid to Biden.
Congressman James Comer describes how “the Penn Biden Center appears to have acted as a foreign-sponsored source of income for much of a Biden Administration in-waiting.” Between 2017 and 2019, UPenn paid President Biden more than $900,000, and the university employed at least ten people at the Penn Biden Center who later became senior Biden administration officials. The Penn Biden Center’s generosity to Joe Biden and its connections to China attracted the attention of Paul Moore, the former chief investigator for the Department of Education. Moore commented on a “startling” spike in Chinese donations to the University of Pennsylvania after Joe Biden opened his think tank at the school in 2017. Moore called the increase in Chinese support for Penn “extraordinary, noting that the University received over $100 million from China-based contributors between 2017 and 2022, compared to only $19 million in the four years before 2017.
One of the more prominent future Biden administration officials to find lucrative employment at the Penn Biden Center was future secretary of state Tony Blinken, who served as the center’s managing director. We seem to have elected a president who was, in effect, on the payroll of our nation’s biggest rival.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND: In this case, the Plaintiffs allege that Defendants suppressed conservative-leaning free speech, such as: (1) suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story prior to the 2020 Presidential election; (2) suppressing speech about the lab-leak theory of COVID-19’s origin; (3) suppressing speech about the efficiency of masks and COVID-19 lockdowns; (4) suppressing speech about the efficiency of COVID – 19 vaccines; (5) suppressing speech about election integrity in the 2020 presidential election; (6) suppressing speech about the security of voting by mail, (7) suppressing parody content about Defendants; (8) suppressing negative posts about the economy; and (9) suppressing negative posts about President Biden.
CONCLUSION: The Plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits in establishing that the Government has used its power to silence the opposition. Opposition to COVID-19 vaccines; opposition to COVID-19 masking and lockdowns; opposition to President Biden’s policies; statements that the Hunter Biden laptop story was true: and opposition to policies of the government officials in power. All were suppressed. It is quite telling that each example or category of suppressed speech was conservative in nature. This targeting suppression of conservative ideas is a perfect example of viewpoint discrimination of political speech. American citizens have the right to engage in free debate about the significant issues affecting the country.
Although this case is still relatively young, and at this stage the Court is only examining it in terms of Plaintiffs’ likelihood of success on the merits, the evidence produced thus far depicts an almost dystopian scenario. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth.” The Plaintiffs have presented substantial evidence in support of their claims that they were the victims of a far-reaching and widespread censorship campaign. This court finds that they are likely to succeed on the merits of their First Amendment free speech claim against the defendants. - Promoting the green agenda, electric cars, solar batteries, and wind turbines, which need rare earth minerals from China to operate, Biden has replaced our dependence on Arab sheiks with a subservience to Chinese communists.
- Biden killed plans for the largest US rare earth mineral mine in Minnesota.
- Biden let China launch the Belt and Road Initiative in 150 countries – without and effective US response – to give it access to rare earth minerals in dozens of foreign countries.
- Biden let China use the Belt and Road Initiative to open its second overseas military base with plans for four more, including a military base in Cuba, fewer than one hundred miles from the U.S.
- Biden stood by as China trapped dozens of nations into perpetual debt to China to pay for Belt and Road Initiative projects.
- Biden worked with big retailers in the US to eviscerate the patent and copyright protection of intellectual property.
- By uncontrolled deficit spending, Biden paved the way for the assault on the dollar’s status as the global currency, encouraging BRICS countries to elbow the dollar aside.
- Biden weakened the US militarily by shipping much of our weapons stockpile to Ukraine with no plans to replace it soon.

These materials included (1) marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and (2) notebooks containing Mr. Biden’s handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods. FBI agents recovered these materials from the garage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home.
However, for the reasons summarized below, we conclude that the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecution of Mr. Biden is also unwarranted based on our consideration of the aggravating and mitigating factors set forth in the Department of Justice’s Principles of Federal Prosecution. For these reasons, we decline prosecution of Mr. Biden.
Mr. Biden’s’ memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023. Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during the interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they would convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.

CHINESE DONATIONS: Joe Biden was also indirectly on the payroll of the Chinese government ever since his retirement as vice president in 2017 until his election as president in November 2020. Out of a job, unemployed, and with no steady source of income, the former vice president cut a lucrative deal with the University of Pennsylvania to found the Penn Biden Center. Part of Joe Biden’s new wealth came from $775,000 he made over four years from the University of Pennsylvania (to lead the Penn Biden Center as the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor). Most of the money came in anonymous donations to the center – fortune cookies, really – from various sources in China. From this post he earned $372,000 salary in 2017. He stayed on for the next few years, earning $405,000 in 2018. What did he do for the money? Not much. The Philadelphia Inquirer kindly describes his role as involving “no regular classes and around a dozen public appearances on campus, mostly in big, ticketed events.” But more worrisome is the source of the money paid to Biden.
Congressman James Comer describes how “the Penn Biden Center appears to have acted as a foreign-sponsored source of income for much of a Biden Administration in-waiting.” Between 2017 and 2019, UPenn paid President Biden more than $900,000, and the university employed at least ten people at the Penn Biden Center who later became senior Biden administration officials. The Penn Biden Center’s generosity to Joe Biden and its connections to China attracted the attention of Paul Moore, the former chief investigator for the Department of Education. Moore commented on a “startling” spike in Chinese donations to the University of Pennsylvania after Joe Biden opened his think tank at the school in 2017. Moore called the increase in Chinese support for Penn “extraordinary, noting that the University received over $100 million from China-based contributors between 2017 and 2022, compared to only $19 million in the four years before 2017.
One of the more prominent future Biden administration officials to find lucrative employment at the Penn Biden Center was future secretary of state Tony Blinken, who served as the center’s managing director. We seem to have elected a president who was, in effect, on the payroll of our nation’s biggest rival.

This case is about the Free Speech Clause in the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND: In this case, the Plaintiffs allege that Defendants suppressed conservative-leaning free speech, such as: (1) suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story prior to the 2020 Presidential election; (2) suppressing speech about the lab-leak theory of COVID-19’s origin; (3) suppressing speech about the efficiency of masks and COVID-19 lockdowns; (4) suppressing speech about the efficiency of COVID – 19 vaccines; (5) suppressing speech about election integrity in the 2020 presidential election; (6) suppressing speech about the security of voting by mail, (7) suppressing parody content about Defendants; (8) suppressing negative posts about the economy; and (9) suppressing negative posts about President Biden.
CONCLUSION: The Plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits in establishing that the Government has used its power to silence the opposition. Opposition to COVID-19 vaccines; opposition to COVID-19 masking and lockdowns; opposition to President Biden’s policies; statements that the Hunter Biden laptop story was true: and opposition to policies of the government officials in power. All were suppressed. It is quite telling that each example or category of suppressed speech was conservative in nature. This targeting suppression of conservative ideas is a perfect example of viewpoint discrimination of political speech. American citizens have the right to engage in free debate about the significant issues affecting the country.
Although this case is still relatively young, and at this stage the Court is only examining it in terms of Plaintiffs’ likelihood of success on the merits, the evidence produced thus far depicts an almost dystopian scenario. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth.” The Plaintiffs have presented substantial evidence in support of their claims that they were the victims of a far-reaching and widespread censorship campaign. This court finds that they are likely to succeed on the merits of their First Amendment free speech claim against the defendants.
