Dear Friends and Family,
This is the last segment of the Covid Pandemic Critique. The following are my major learnings:
In this segment, four different authors posit that the sweeping changes, advocated by the World Economic Forum and its many government officials and prominent business leaders, have an ending agenda of a global soft authoritarian governance system. The means to achieving support by the populace is via fear, building on that already in place with the pandemic plus the ease worldwide that people capitulated to government edicts. Climate change is seen as the means to maintain and enhance the general fear. Instituting a surveillance controlling system, along the lines of that being implemented in China is the means to maintain and enhance capitulation to more government edicts. Enacting digital currency will be the first step in such a controlling system as it would enable oversight and control over individual bank accounts. This is the “Great Reset.”
Many are dismissing this as a wild conspiracy theory. However, this is my fourth segment on the subject following three epilogues in the Globalization series. There is enough meat in these four segments that it warrants more research. The result of that research will be the next series.

- Our Public Health system is not top-notch. Their guidance was often inconsistent, questionably based on science, and insufficient on some important topics (e.g., masks). Many such federal officials have freedom to roam scientifically and grant supportive without much accountability (e.g., Dr. Fauci).
- COVID – 19 lockdowns did irreparable harm to our mental health, delayed needed medical treatment, and devastated our economy. Benefits from the lockdowns are highly questionable when compared to entities which did not lock down.
- Big Pharma coupled with the federal government public health agencies have significant power and influence over our lives. They seemingly are often driven by monetary incentives more than public health.
- Many politicians adopted a totalitarian agenda with sweeping pronouncements, mandates, and dismissive of any challenges. As a result, not only did it negatively impact recovery, our freedoms and liberties were eroded.
- The collective of society let the fear of the virus overwhelm all else.
- Economically the elites profited handsomely while the rest of society suffered.
- The pandemic provided an accelerant for significant social change worldwide. It has been termed the “Great Reset.”

This is not a coincidence. For many years, elites in the West have watched with deep admiration the Chinese government achieve an economic transformation at breakneck speed. The Great Reset is, in a very real sense, Western elites’ attempt at improving upon the China model.
The Great Reset is not about helping the poor or saving the planet. It is about making the rich richer and expanding the power of the ruling class – goals that many elites have shared across cultures, historical eras, and geographies. This is “The New World Order,” just redefined. It’s just a new label for it.”
Build Back Better: Make no mistake, this catchy slogan is part and parcel of the Great Reset plan and cannot be separated from it, no matter how altruistic it may sound. The phrase build back better did not originate with Biden. In fact, it was introduced by the UN in a press release. It reads:
As the world begins planning for a post-pandemic recovery, the UN is calling on Governments to seize the opportunity to ‘build back better’ by creating more sustainable, resilient and inclusive societies. “The current crisis is an unprecedented wake-up call,” said Secretary-General Antonia Guterres in his International Mother Earth Day message. “We need to turn the recovery into a real opportunity to do things right for the future.”
The UN has directly exhorted nations worldwide to “build back better” after Covid-19, and the phrase has been widely adopted by government leaders in Great Britain, New Zealand, Canada, and elsewhere. In addition to decimating privacy, part of the “building back better” plan is to shift the financial system over to a central bank digital currency (CBDC) system, which in turn is part of the system of social control, as it can easily be used to incentivize desired behaviors and discourage undesired ones. There’s general agreement among experts that most major countries will implement CBDC within the next two to five years. The CBDCs will be centralized and completely controlled by central banks and will have smart contracts that allow the banks to surveil and control your life.

This is the crucial period for the totalitarian movement. It needs to negate the old ‘reality’ in order to implement the new one, and it cannot do that with reason and facts, so it has to do it with fear and brute force. Even so the President of the United States announced that he was ensuring healthcare workers are vaccinated, “because if you seek care at a healthcare facility, you should have the certainty that the people providing that care are protected from COVID and cannot spread it to you.” He told Americans that being vaccinated provides “certainty” that vaccinate people are “protected from COVID and cannot pass it to you.” Not one question was posed to the President about this stunning disconnect, about the obvious untruth – and that speech give us a stark example of what’s going on.

It's All Part of the Plan: The Commons Project, the World Economic Forum, and the Rockefeller Foundation have joined forces to create the CommonPass, a digital “health passport” framework expected to be adopted by most if not all nations. In other words, if you want to travel, you’re going to have to roll up your sleeves and hope you’re not one of the unlucky ones who end up with permanent health problem from the vaccine. Just how voluntary is the vaccine if you’re required to have it if you want to leave the country at any point during the rest of your life?
The tracking system proposed by the Rockefeller Foundation demands access to other medical data right from the get-go, which tells us the system will have any number of other uses besides tracking COVID-19 cases. Refusing the vaccine may also bar you from: obtaining a driver’s license of passport; attending a sports game or concert; getting an education, boarding a train or other public transportation; entering a store, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, or nail salon; booking an appointment with a doctor; checking into a hospital for surgery; visiting a family member in a nursing home; obtaining private health insurance and Medicaid or Medicare. There can be little doubt that CommonPass is a cog in this Great Reset plan.

From: The Real Anthony Fauci: Training for Tyranny: On April 18, 2018, Gates delivered a speech at the Malaria Summit in London, warning that a deadly new disease could arise within a decade, taking the world by surprise,” spreading globally and killing tens of millions. Hinting at the need for increased coordination between health officials and militaries. Gates reiterated: "The world needs to prepare for pandemics in the same serious way it prepares for war. Gates’s simulations invoke the concept of ‘total war.’”
Under Gates’s direction in mid-October 2019 Event 201 was held. This war game consisted of four “tabletop” simulations of a worldwide coronavirus pandemic. Participants included a group of high-ranking kahunas from the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, Johns Hopkins University, the CDC, various and media powerhouses.
At Gates’s direction, the participants role-played members of a Pandemic Control Council, war-gaming a contagion that serves as pretext for this insurgency against American democracy. They drilled a retinue of psychological warfare techniques for controlling official narratives, silencing dissent, forcibly masking large populations, and leveraging the pandemic to promote mandatory mass vaccinations. Needless to say, there was little talk of building or fortifying immune systems, existing off-the-shelf remedies, or off-patent therapeutic drugs and vitamins. Instead, there was abundant palaver about expanding the government’s authoritarian powers, imposing draconian restrictions, curtailing traditional civil rights, which might include rights of assembly, free speech, private property, jury trials, due process, and religious worship, as well as promoting and coercing the uptake of new, patentable antiviral drugs and vaccines. The participants walked through imaginary global coronavirus contagion scenarios that focused on fearmongering, blanket censorship, mass propaganda, and police state strategies culminating in compulsory mass vaccination.

CONCLUDING REMARKS: From: The Truth About COVID – 19: Bioweapons: It’s time to shut down every dual-use bio-war/biosafety lab in the world and implement a true global ban on weapons of mass destruction, including all chemical and biological weapons and experimentation.
Censorship: Perhaps most important of all, we need a decentralized government and internet where the threat of censorship is eliminated, and free speech is assured.
Standing at a Crossroads: We stand at the crossroads – will we choose dictatorship, offered to us by our transhumanistic, technocratic “overlords,” or freedom and democracy? Rational legislatures can choke off funding that supports few and harms many. They can initiate investigations, spur criminal prosecutions, and restore freedom. Even without government engagement, it is ordinary people who can rescue us from tyranny.

The tracking system proposed by the Rockefeller Foundation demands access to other medical data right from the get-go, which tells us the system will have any number of other uses besides tracking COVID-19 cases. Refusing the vaccine may also bar you from: obtaining a driver’s license of passport; attending a sports game or concert; getting an education, boarding a train or other public transportation; entering a store, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, or nail salon; booking an appointment with a doctor; checking into a hospital for surgery; visiting a family member in a nursing home; obtaining private health insurance and Medicaid or Medicare. There can be little doubt that CommonPass is a cog in this Great Reset plan.

Under Gates’s direction in mid-October 2019 Event 201 was held. This war game consisted of four “tabletop” simulations of a worldwide coronavirus pandemic. Participants included a group of high-ranking kahunas from the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, Johns Hopkins University, the CDC, various and media powerhouses.
At Gates’s direction, the participants role-played members of a Pandemic Control Council, war-gaming a contagion that serves as pretext for this insurgency against American democracy. They drilled a retinue of psychological warfare techniques for controlling official narratives, silencing dissent, forcibly masking large populations, and leveraging the pandemic to promote mandatory mass vaccinations. Needless to say, there was little talk of building or fortifying immune systems, existing off-the-shelf remedies, or off-patent therapeutic drugs and vitamins. Instead, there was abundant palaver about expanding the government’s authoritarian powers, imposing draconian restrictions, curtailing traditional civil rights, which might include rights of assembly, free speech, private property, jury trials, due process, and religious worship, as well as promoting and coercing the uptake of new, patentable antiviral drugs and vaccines. The participants walked through imaginary global coronavirus contagion scenarios that focused on fearmongering, blanket censorship, mass propaganda, and police state strategies culminating in compulsory mass vaccination.
