In that period their ambitions have remained steadfast, and they have reported their means of achieving their goals as “Unrestricted Warfare.” Peter Schweitzer recently reported in his book “Blood Money: Why the Powerful Turn a Blind Eye While China Kills Americans” that such warfare is already underway in our country. This is the focus of this segment.

UNDERSTANDING WHAT WE ARE UP AGAINST: China’s Grand Strategy: The size of China’s displacement of the world balance is such that the world must find a new balance. It is not possible to pretend that this is just another big player. This is the biggest player in the history of the world. In that context, Beijing seeks to:
UNRESTRICTED WARFARE written by two Chinese Colonels in 1999.
The first rule of unrestricted warfare is that there are no rules with nothing forbidden. From this point on, war will no longer be what it was originally. In the days to come mankind has no choice but to engage in war. It can no longer be carried out in the ways with which we are familiar. The two sentences, “fight the fight that fit one’s weapons” and “build the weapons to fit the fight” show the clear demarcation line between traditional warfare and future warfare, as well as pointing out the relationship between weapons and tactics in the two kinds of war. With weapons coming first, followed by tactics, the evolution of weapons has a decisive constraining effect on the evolution of tactics.
That is to say there is nothing in the world today that cannot become a weapon, and this requires that our understanding of weapons must have an awareness that breaks through all Boundaries. A single man-made stock-market crash, a single computer virus invasion, or a single rumor or scandal that results in a fluctuation in the enemy country’s exchange rates, all can be included in the ranks of new-concept regarding weapons. The appearance of new-concept weapons will definitely elevate future warfare to a level which is hard for the common people – or even military men – to imagine. Just think, if it’s even possible to start a war in a computer room or a stock exchange that will send an enemy country to its doom, then is there non-battlespace anywhere? If the young lad setting out with his order should ask today “Where is the battlefield? The answer would be “Everywhere.” In the information age the influence exerted by a nuclear bomb is perhaps less than the influence exerted by a hacker.
America’s non-military Warfare Readiness: They affirm that military means are the final means for resolving future conflicts and the disputes between all nations will ultimately end up with two large armies meeting on the battlefield. This has accelerated the occurrence of non-military wars. The hacker wars, financial wars, and computer virus wars which will dominate the future, are also the present various types of “new concept wars” to which it is difficult to fix a name to. Yet what is surprising is that such a large nation unexpectedly does not have a unified strategy and command structure to deal with the threat. What makes one even more so wonder whether to laugh or cry is that unexpectedly they have 49 departments and offices responsible for anti-terrorist activities, but there is very little coordination and cooperation among them. Other nations are not that much better than the U.S. in this area.
Traditional vs. New Warfare: Supposing a war broke out between two developed nations. The attacking side would generally employ the modes of great depth, wide front, high strength, and three-dimensionality to launch a campaign assault against the enemy. Their method does not go beyond satellite reconnaissance, electronic countermeasures, large-scale air attacks but precision attacks, ground outflanking, amphibious landings, air drops behind enemy lines. However, by using the combination method a completely different scenario and game can occur if the attacking side secretly musters large amounts of capital without the enemy nation being aware of this at all and launches a sneak attack against its financial markets, then after causing a financial crisis, buries a computer virus and hacker detachment in the opponent’s computer system in advance, while at the same time carrying out a network attack against the enemy so that the civilian electricity network, traffic dispatching network, financial transaction network, telephone communications network, and mass media network are completely paralyzed. This will cause the enemy nation to fall into a social panic, street riots, and a political crisis.

THE WAR IS ALREADY HERE: Many people fear that a war with China may be coming. But the war is already here. This is not a shooting war, with boots on the ground, fighters flying overhead, or navy destroyers pummeling the coastline. American soldiers and Marines are not dying on battlefields, cities are not being bombed. It is a war, nevertheless, with massive civilian casualties, that is decimating our social stability if not actual buildings. Sun Tzu, the ancient Chinese strategist, posited that “the supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting. This ancient concept remains central to modern China’s approach to war. Deception is key to the strategy of fighting without appearing to fight. China’s official military strategy is -- in the Chinese leader’s words – going after the United States “soft underbelly” in terms of politics, economics, and the spirit and psychology of its people. Chinese leaders have coined new terms such as “unrestricted warfare” and “disintegration warfare” to describe Sun Tze’s old strategy of winning without fighting.
Perhaps even more shocking than Beijing’s aggression toward us has been the willful blindness of our political leaders. Rather than confronting the reality that Beijing is wreaking havoc on our soil, they focus on domestic minutiae. Why? The simple part of the answer is corruption. Some of our leaders, have financial ties to the Chinese state and don’t want to see the flow of money disrupted. A more complex part of the answer is that acknowledging the truth of what China is doing would require our leaders to accept a profound paradigm shift and would force extremely difficult choices that would also dramatically disrupt the lives and livelihoods of elites from Silicon Valley to Wall Street; those who benefit from partnerships with Chinese government – linked companies very often finance the campaigns of our political leaders. If Beijing is quietly killing us, how can anyone stand by and watch?
Like all human beings, those of our political class are creatures of habit and stick with what is easy. It is a lot easier to continue to do what they are doing and ignore facts that would radically reshape their approach to leading our country. Once you focus your eyes on what China is doing to us, you will realize how detached from reality are the conversations in Washington and in much of the news media.
While we debate domestic politics to address the fentanyl crisis, the reality is that Beijing is deeply involved at every stage of the drug’s production and distribution in the U.S. And well-connected politicians have ties to some of the drug networks spreading this poison to America. While our leaders debate the theoretical implications of Tik Tok being owned by a Chinese company, Chinese strategists have already held practical discussions about how to deploy it as a “cultural weapon” against the U.S. China carried out sweeping strategy during the height of the virus to maximize our death toll, while successfully imposing it political will on us in surprising and deceptive ways, with the complicity of US health leaders.
We have an American president who rarely challenges Beijing on anything, including the fentanyl poisoning in America, and whose family received $5 million from a businessman with links to a Chinese organized crime leader involved in the fentanyl trade. Indeed, some of the money appears to have flowed indirectly to Joe Biden himself. We will meet a former American president who ignored the fentanyl crisis only to cash in with China shortly after leaving office. China shaped the covid crisis to maximize damage to the United States and senior US health officials covered it up with the express purpose of protecting China. Beijing is fueling the violence in America’s streets and American officials turn a blind eye to avoid confronting China over its actions. Each of these endeavors exposed the way China is waging war against the United States without seeming to wage war.

Fentanyl: In all the recorded meetings and conversations President Biden and President Xi have had since 2021, the time spent on fentanyl has been almost nonexistent. They did, however, agree that weapons of mass destruction, specifically nuclear weapons, should never be used. But a different kind of Chinese weapon of mass destruction, is regularly exploding over the United States. The lethal weapon is fentanyl, a synthetic opioid that in 2021 alone claimed more the 67,000 lives – that is, more that American combat deaths in the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam combined. Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death of Americans under the age of forty-five. It has killed more Americans is a single year than were killed in the atomic bombing of Nagasaki. All evidence points to fentanyl being intentionally deployed – the most lethal peacetime attack in human history.
Beijing’s hand can be found in every stage of the poison’s spread in North America. We know that the fentanyl operation is under Chinese control from start to finish, including:

The Free Beacon reports that Biden’s ambassador to China recently said, “the Chinese Communist Party is not responsible for America’s fentanyl crisis,” even though virtually all of the ingredients for the drug are produced in China and shipped to Mexican cartels illicitly running the drug into the country.” The White House says any effort to tie China to the fentanyl crisis would interfere with its ability to “ensure foreign assistance or engagement is carried out in a manner consistent with foreign policy priorities.” Is that the real problem, or is it that exposing Biden’s coddling of China while it pours drugs into America’s kids would offend Beijing’s friend in the White House?

Magnifying Social Chaos: It is impossible to quantify exactly how many of the violent protests were due to the influence of CCP-linked groups. But it is clear that these Beijing-aligned groups and the CCP were cheering them on. The United Front is a government run umbrella organization that steers other organizations to advance the interests of the CCP around the world. United Front groups played an important role in stirring up protests in the U.S. in 2020 and to this day. President Xi calls these groups “magic weapons” that will help Beijing achieve global superiority. [For details see pages 7 & 8 of the attached PDF]
Destabilizing Democracy: A contingent of Chinese intelligence professionals from the Second Department of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), landed in the United States sometime in the first half of 2020. Working with technicians from Huawei, a Chinese military-linked technology company, the intelligence officers were identifying and targeting Americans they hoped would get involved with at least the peaceful protests, if not the violent riots. They posted “customized” videos to TikTok instructing Americans how to organize protests and riots. In fact, PLA officers were on US soil, working to weaponize beg-data technology and violence in the U.S.
The Chinese military personnel sent to Houston had responsibilities which included the implementation of the Three Warfare strategy. Three Warfare adopts the approach that by using “media or public opinion warfare, psychological warfare, and legal warfare.” Beijing can wear down its enemies from within, exploiting differences and divisions within countries. Little is known about this top-secret base, its true structure and function; it is shrouded in mystery. But it is known that research at the facility includes a focus on “political polarization,” in America. For Chinese military strategists, divisions in the U.S. mean opportunity. After all, their goal is to “sow discord in the enemy camp … to perplex, shake, divide, and soften the troops and civilians on the opposing side.” But they also want to do more than create division and anger, they want to erode American pride and create disgust – because while “anger drives people to the polls; disgust breaks up countries.”
The American billionaire Neville Roy Singham is a mysterious figure who made his fortune in part due to his ties with Communist China. Singham now lives in China and has emerged as a key funder of radical groups in the United States, including those that push violent protests in the U.S. and stick to a strict pro-Beijing script.
So, an America Marxist now living in China, who made his wealth by selling his business to an investment firm partly owned by the Chinese government is now connected to well-known efforts to support violent protestors and other radical groups work closely with a “cryptic organization called Qiao Collective” to steer the American Left toward a more pro-CCP position. The Qiao Collective draws support from “many” of the “top leadership” of the Democratic Socialist of America (DSA), a political organization with a large following (approaching one hundred thousand members in the U.S.) that also wields considerable political power. Prominent members of the organization include US representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, and others in state chambers. Senator Bernie Sanders, though not officially a member, is well regarded by the DSA and has been publicly supportive of the group’s goals.
The pro-Beijing groups see the trans movement as a powerful force to advance their pro-Beijing agenda and push to further radicalize the movement. The United States has its dividing issues and problems – but China is happy to fan the flames. Much of that work is being done by groups that meet with CCP officials, are tracked by Chinese Communist intelligence, and receive funding from China. Devices supplied by China arm American felons and extremists with machine guns and wreak havoc in the United States. Our leaders are silent and absent.
A Tiktoking Bomb: “Russia will bomb Sweden,” said the voice on the TikTok video, “Why, Russia? I don’t want to die,” continued the panicked voice. Russian forces were soon going to invade, claimed another voice on a different TikTok video. Other clips parroted the threat. “Now comes the war. Prepare food and warm clothes.” TikTok’s algorithm, which determines what people see, made sure that those videos were popping up on the screens of young children, not adults, in Sweden. Widespread panic followed.
Who planted these TikTok videos remains a mystery. But how they went viral is indisputable: the Chinese government ultimately controls TikTok and therefore its algorithms. Regardless of who produced the videos, the psychological effects of the videos on young TikTok users were real, immediate, and profound, revealing the power of the Chinese app that has become the most popular platform in America. With just a few videos, TikTok was able to alter the psychological state of many people. And this is only one anecdote. Even a cursory review of the evidence suggests that the Chinese-built app is a perfect tool to manipulate and “weaken another country’s morale.”
“Even the last refuge of the human race – the inner world of the heart – cannot avoid the attacks of psychological warfare,” they wrote in Unrestricted Warfare. Unfortunately, they have found willing accomplices among some of the most powerful people in American politics and entertainment. Those national leaders continue to turn a blind eye to the challenge, refusing to acknowledge what Beijing is doing. The genius of TikTok lies in its algorithm’s ability to push highly addictive, personalized content. It determines what the eyes of America’s children see, and thus how their brains are conditioned. The ultimate goal is to manipulate a country’s values and achieve strategic goals without an actual overt military battle.
In the summer of 2020, concerns over TikTok came to a head when the Trump administration declared TikTok to be a national security threat. The White House issued an executive order to force the sale of TikTok to an American company. In early June 2021, newly elected president Joe Biden rescinded Trump’s TikTok order to force a sale.

How Joe Biden Sold Hollywood to China: A burgeoning new global culture of censorship all of a sudden sprouted from a deal cut between Joe Biden and Xi Jinping when they were their countries’ respective seconds-in-command. The Biden/Xi deal, which was originally seen as a massive windfall for Hollywood, put the industry in a horrific position to constantly negotiate with the CCP the rules in which they can make art. China continued to ramp up censorship for cultural, economic, and diplomatic reasons. Hollywood continued to alter their films in order to appease the CCP censors, often in vain. Outright blacklisting of films became more common. Thanks to recently acquired know-how from America, China no longer needs American movies. Hollywood’s share of the China box office market in 2021 has collapsed to a shocking 9.5%. Despite being the instigator of Hollywood’s decline, Joe Biden has avoided the ire of the entertainment establishment. The Hollywood oligarchy sold out to China, and it backfired. China was able to up their propaganda skills while neutering our greatest cultural asset. Now the CCP is squeezing us out of their country altogether. A genius plot twist, if there ever was one. It was also a stunning accomplishment in cultural warfare. And this disaster epic has a clear villain: Joe Biden.

China’s Social Engineering of a Pandemic: Whether the virus emerged from a lab leak, which seems very likely, or was simply a natural occurrence, as some people continue to insist, Beijing manipulated the world. It conducted policies and actions that maximized the damage the virus would inflict. That in and of itself constitutes a bioweapon attack. China also used the virus to advance its authoritarian system of government in the U.S. and democratic societies around the world. The pandemic brought was what US Supreme Court justice Neil Gorsuch called “the greatest intrusion on civil liberties in the peacetime history of this country.” In short, Beijing manipulated the world’s leaders into taking draconian measures to respond to the virus. Fear tactics pushed by Beijing drove our political leaders to seek solutions from Beijing. The American people were looking to their leaders for guidance – our leaders were looking to the CCP. Beijing sought to prevail over, not work with, the United States. Beyond its obfuscation of data about the virus and cornering of medical supplies, it actively worked to undermine US efforts to come up with medical treatments for the virus. Covid – 19: A BIOWEAPON? The notion of biological weapons runs deep in the Chinese military thinking. In Unrestricted Warfare, the authors discuss how “man-made earthquakes, tsunamis, weather disasters, or subsonic wave and new biological and chemical weapons all constitute new concept weapons and that they have tremendous differences with what we normally speak of as weapons.”
The Wuhan Institute of Virology has always insisted that it is focused on disease prevention. Unfortunately, that is what biological weapons researchers always say. The ties between the military and the Wuhan lab are extensive. In 2015, researchers at Wuhan and China’s Air Force Medical University produced a chilling essay titled “The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Specie of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons.” The authors included eighteen military scientists and weapons experts. The paper was startling in its conclusions: coronaviruses could be “artificially manipulated into an emerging human disease virus, the weaponized and unleashed in a way never seen before.” They went further to predict that engineered viruses would lead to a “new era of genetic weapons.” They even questioned whether such an attack with such a bioweapon could cause the “enemy’s medical system to collapse.” When the virus emerged on the global stage and questions were raised about the possibility of a lab leak, Shi “Bat Lady” Zhengli became unglued. The documented activities of other Chinese researchers validate suspicions about Chinese bioweapons programs. Shortly after the virus began to spread in January 2020, a PLA major general named Chen Wei was deployed to the Wuhan lab and took control. Chen is an expert in biological weapons.
Shockingly. In March 2018, researchers at EcoHealth Alliance, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and the University of North Carolina submitted a proposal to the secretive Pentagon research funding agency DARPA. In the proposal, they described their plans to perform gain-of-function experiments on a highly contagious SARS-related bat coronavirus in China. The proposal called for inserting Furin cleavage sites into spike proteins of the virus, making it more infectious to humans. But DARPA rejected the proposal because it would involve gain-of-function experiments. It is a strange coincidence that less than a year later, a virus strikingly similar to the one described in this proposal emerged in the city of Wuhan.
In late 2020, the US State Department under Secretary Mike Pompeo launched an investigation into the origins of the virus. After Joe Biden was inaugurated as president, he quietly shut it down. When his termination of the investigation became public President Biden covered himself by asking for an intelligence review by US intelligence agencies. The results were inconclusive, as most people expected they would be.
CONCLUSION: What Beijing is doing has all the elements of a war: physical casualties (from fentanyl, illegal gun enhancements, and covid manipulation), mental casualties of indoctrination (from TikTok, Hollywood), and a clearly defined objective: the undermining and defeat of the United States. That is because it is a war – an unrestricted war that has redefined the weapons and battlefields.
Evidence abounds of cases on US soil of secret Chinese police stations and harassment of Chinese dissidents, the buying of farmland and other real estate assets, including nearby military bases, rampant corporate technology espionage and theft, the collection of Americans’ identity data, K-12 school influence, and proxy lobbying to work around the Foreign Agents Registration Act, among other questionable activities. Constructive responses within the federal government and specific states have to some extent been undertaken by law enforcement personnel, journalists, and political leaders. Yet such responses have met with political resistance, such as when the Department of Justice recently challenged a Florida law restricting Chinese land ownership near military bases as unconstitutional. For whom, exactly, is the DOJ working?
My research for this book has led me to conclude unequivocally that Beijing has demonstrated malign intent and practices toward the United States. This unpleasant truth offers the only foundation upon which US policy toward the CCP should rest. It is necessary to craft a solid strategy to defend ourselves and hold to account both Beijing and those who are willing to do its bidding.

However, by using the combination method a completely different scenario and game can occur if the attacking side secretly musters large amounts of capital without the enemy nation being aware of this at all and launches a sneak attack against its financial markets, then after causing a financial crisis, buries a computer virus and hacker detachment in the opponent’s computer system in advance, while at the same time carrying out a network attack against the enemy so that the civilian electricity network, traffic dispatching network, financial transaction network, telephone communications network, and mass media network are completely paralyzed. This will cause the enemy nation to fall into a social panic, street riots, and a political crisis.

THE WAR IS ALREADY HERE: Many people fear that a war with China may be coming. But the war is already here. This is not a shooting war, with boots on the ground, fighters flying overhead, or navy destroyers pummeling the coastline. American soldiers and Marines are not dying on battlefields, cities are not being bombed. It is a war, nevertheless, with massive civilian casualties, that is decimating our social stability if not actual buildings. Sun Tzu, the ancient Chinese strategist, posited that “the supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting. This ancient concept remains central to modern China’s approach to war. Deception is key to the strategy of fighting without appearing to fight. China’s official military strategy is -- in the Chinese leader’s words – going after the United States “soft underbelly” in terms of politics, economics, and the spirit and psychology of its people. Chinese leaders have coined new terms such as “unrestricted warfare” and “disintegration warfare” to describe Sun Tze’s old strategy of winning without fighting.
Perhaps even more shocking than Beijing’s aggression toward us has been the willful blindness of our political leaders. Rather than confronting the reality that Beijing is wreaking havoc on our soil, they focus on domestic minutiae. Why? The simple part of the answer is corruption. Some of our leaders, have financial ties to the Chinese state and don’t want to see the flow of money disrupted. A more complex part of the answer is that acknowledging the truth of what China is doing would require our leaders to accept a profound paradigm shift and would force extremely difficult choices that would also dramatically disrupt the lives and livelihoods of elites from Silicon Valley to Wall Street; those who benefit from partnerships with Chinese government – linked companies very often finance the campaigns of our political leaders. If Beijing is quietly killing us, how can anyone stand by and watch?
Like all human beings, those of our political class are creatures of habit and stick with what is easy. It is a lot easier to continue to do what they are doing and ignore facts that would radically reshape their approach to leading our country. Once you focus your eyes on what China is doing to us, you will realize how detached from reality are the conversations in Washington and in much of the news media.
While we debate domestic politics to address the fentanyl crisis, the reality is that Beijing is deeply involved at every stage of the drug’s production and distribution in the U.S. And well-connected politicians have ties to some of the drug networks spreading this poison to America. While our leaders debate the theoretical implications of Tik Tok being owned by a Chinese company, Chinese strategists have already held practical discussions about how to deploy it as a “cultural weapon” against the U.S. China carried out sweeping strategy during the height of the virus to maximize our death toll, while successfully imposing it political will on us in surprising and deceptive ways, with the complicity of US health leaders.
We have an American president who rarely challenges Beijing on anything, including the fentanyl poisoning in America, and whose family received $5 million from a businessman with links to a Chinese organized crime leader involved in the fentanyl trade. Indeed, some of the money appears to have flowed indirectly to Joe Biden himself. We will meet a former American president who ignored the fentanyl crisis only to cash in with China shortly after leaving office. China shaped the covid crisis to maximize damage to the United States and senior US health officials covered it up with the express purpose of protecting China. Beijing is fueling the violence in America’s streets and American officials turn a blind eye to avoid confronting China over its actions. Each of these endeavors exposed the way China is waging war against the United States without seeming to wage war.

Fentanyl: In all the recorded meetings and conversations President Biden and President Xi have had since 2021, the time spent on fentanyl has been almost nonexistent. They did, however, agree that weapons of mass destruction, specifically nuclear weapons, should never be used. But a different kind of Chinese weapon of mass destruction, is regularly exploding over the United States. The lethal weapon is fentanyl, a synthetic opioid that in 2021 alone claimed more the 67,000 lives – that is, more that American combat deaths in the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam combined. Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death of Americans under the age of forty-five. It has killed more Americans is a single year than were killed in the atomic bombing of Nagasaki. All evidence points to fentanyl being intentionally deployed – the most lethal peacetime attack in human history.
Beijing’s hand can be found in every stage of the poison’s spread in North America. We know that the fentanyl operation is under Chinese control from start to finish, including:
- Production of the basic chemicals needed to make it.
- Creation of fentanyl and counterfeit pills in both Mexico and the United States.
- Distribution of the deadly drug within the United States.
- Facilitation or drug cartel financial transactions, and even money laundering.
- Facilitation of communications networks used by the cartels to operate without detection in the U.S.

The Free Beacon reports that Biden’s ambassador to China recently said, “the Chinese Communist Party is not responsible for America’s fentanyl crisis,” even though virtually all of the ingredients for the drug are produced in China and shipped to Mexican cartels illicitly running the drug into the country.” The White House says any effort to tie China to the fentanyl crisis would interfere with its ability to “ensure foreign assistance or engagement is carried out in a manner consistent with foreign policy priorities.” Is that the real problem, or is it that exposing Biden’s coddling of China while it pours drugs into America’s kids would offend Beijing’s friend in the White House?

Magnifying Social Chaos: It is impossible to quantify exactly how many of the violent protests were due to the influence of CCP-linked groups. But it is clear that these Beijing-aligned groups and the CCP were cheering them on. The United Front is a government run umbrella organization that steers other organizations to advance the interests of the CCP around the world. United Front groups played an important role in stirring up protests in the U.S. in 2020 and to this day. President Xi calls these groups “magic weapons” that will help Beijing achieve global superiority. [For details see pages 7 & 8 of the attached PDF]
Destabilizing Democracy: A contingent of Chinese intelligence professionals from the Second Department of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), landed in the United States sometime in the first half of 2020. Working with technicians from Huawei, a Chinese military-linked technology company, the intelligence officers were identifying and targeting Americans they hoped would get involved with at least the peaceful protests, if not the violent riots. They posted “customized” videos to TikTok instructing Americans how to organize protests and riots. In fact, PLA officers were on US soil, working to weaponize beg-data technology and violence in the U.S.
The Chinese military personnel sent to Houston had responsibilities which included the implementation of the Three Warfare strategy. Three Warfare adopts the approach that by using “media or public opinion warfare, psychological warfare, and legal warfare.” Beijing can wear down its enemies from within, exploiting differences and divisions within countries. Little is known about this top-secret base, its true structure and function; it is shrouded in mystery. But it is known that research at the facility includes a focus on “political polarization,” in America. For Chinese military strategists, divisions in the U.S. mean opportunity. After all, their goal is to “sow discord in the enemy camp … to perplex, shake, divide, and soften the troops and civilians on the opposing side.” But they also want to do more than create division and anger, they want to erode American pride and create disgust – because while “anger drives people to the polls; disgust breaks up countries.”
The American billionaire Neville Roy Singham is a mysterious figure who made his fortune in part due to his ties with Communist China. Singham now lives in China and has emerged as a key funder of radical groups in the United States, including those that push violent protests in the U.S. and stick to a strict pro-Beijing script.
So, an America Marxist now living in China, who made his wealth by selling his business to an investment firm partly owned by the Chinese government is now connected to well-known efforts to support violent protestors and other radical groups work closely with a “cryptic organization called Qiao Collective” to steer the American Left toward a more pro-CCP position. The Qiao Collective draws support from “many” of the “top leadership” of the Democratic Socialist of America (DSA), a political organization with a large following (approaching one hundred thousand members in the U.S.) that also wields considerable political power. Prominent members of the organization include US representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, and others in state chambers. Senator Bernie Sanders, though not officially a member, is well regarded by the DSA and has been publicly supportive of the group’s goals.
The pro-Beijing groups see the trans movement as a powerful force to advance their pro-Beijing agenda and push to further radicalize the movement. The United States has its dividing issues and problems – but China is happy to fan the flames. Much of that work is being done by groups that meet with CCP officials, are tracked by Chinese Communist intelligence, and receive funding from China. Devices supplied by China arm American felons and extremists with machine guns and wreak havoc in the United States. Our leaders are silent and absent.
A Tiktoking Bomb: “Russia will bomb Sweden,” said the voice on the TikTok video, “Why, Russia? I don’t want to die,” continued the panicked voice. Russian forces were soon going to invade, claimed another voice on a different TikTok video. Other clips parroted the threat. “Now comes the war. Prepare food and warm clothes.” TikTok’s algorithm, which determines what people see, made sure that those videos were popping up on the screens of young children, not adults, in Sweden. Widespread panic followed.
Who planted these TikTok videos remains a mystery. But how they went viral is indisputable: the Chinese government ultimately controls TikTok and therefore its algorithms. Regardless of who produced the videos, the psychological effects of the videos on young TikTok users were real, immediate, and profound, revealing the power of the Chinese app that has become the most popular platform in America. With just a few videos, TikTok was able to alter the psychological state of many people. And this is only one anecdote. Even a cursory review of the evidence suggests that the Chinese-built app is a perfect tool to manipulate and “weaken another country’s morale.”
“Even the last refuge of the human race – the inner world of the heart – cannot avoid the attacks of psychological warfare,” they wrote in Unrestricted Warfare. Unfortunately, they have found willing accomplices among some of the most powerful people in American politics and entertainment. Those national leaders continue to turn a blind eye to the challenge, refusing to acknowledge what Beijing is doing. The genius of TikTok lies in its algorithm’s ability to push highly addictive, personalized content. It determines what the eyes of America’s children see, and thus how their brains are conditioned. The ultimate goal is to manipulate a country’s values and achieve strategic goals without an actual overt military battle.
In the summer of 2020, concerns over TikTok came to a head when the Trump administration declared TikTok to be a national security threat. The White House issued an executive order to force the sale of TikTok to an American company. In early June 2021, newly elected president Joe Biden rescinded Trump’s TikTok order to force a sale.

How Joe Biden Sold Hollywood to China: A burgeoning new global culture of censorship all of a sudden sprouted from a deal cut between Joe Biden and Xi Jinping when they were their countries’ respective seconds-in-command. The Biden/Xi deal, which was originally seen as a massive windfall for Hollywood, put the industry in a horrific position to constantly negotiate with the CCP the rules in which they can make art. China continued to ramp up censorship for cultural, economic, and diplomatic reasons. Hollywood continued to alter their films in order to appease the CCP censors, often in vain. Outright blacklisting of films became more common. Thanks to recently acquired know-how from America, China no longer needs American movies. Hollywood’s share of the China box office market in 2021 has collapsed to a shocking 9.5%. Despite being the instigator of Hollywood’s decline, Joe Biden has avoided the ire of the entertainment establishment. The Hollywood oligarchy sold out to China, and it backfired. China was able to up their propaganda skills while neutering our greatest cultural asset. Now the CCP is squeezing us out of their country altogether. A genius plot twist, if there ever was one. It was also a stunning accomplishment in cultural warfare. And this disaster epic has a clear villain: Joe Biden.

China’s Social Engineering of a Pandemic: Whether the virus emerged from a lab leak, which seems very likely, or was simply a natural occurrence, as some people continue to insist, Beijing manipulated the world. It conducted policies and actions that maximized the damage the virus would inflict. That in and of itself constitutes a bioweapon attack. China also used the virus to advance its authoritarian system of government in the U.S. and democratic societies around the world. The pandemic brought was what US Supreme Court justice Neil Gorsuch called “the greatest intrusion on civil liberties in the peacetime history of this country.” In short, Beijing manipulated the world’s leaders into taking draconian measures to respond to the virus. Fear tactics pushed by Beijing drove our political leaders to seek solutions from Beijing. The American people were looking to their leaders for guidance – our leaders were looking to the CCP. Beijing sought to prevail over, not work with, the United States. Beyond its obfuscation of data about the virus and cornering of medical supplies, it actively worked to undermine US efforts to come up with medical treatments for the virus. Covid – 19: A BIOWEAPON? The notion of biological weapons runs deep in the Chinese military thinking. In Unrestricted Warfare, the authors discuss how “man-made earthquakes, tsunamis, weather disasters, or subsonic wave and new biological and chemical weapons all constitute new concept weapons and that they have tremendous differences with what we normally speak of as weapons.”
The Wuhan Institute of Virology has always insisted that it is focused on disease prevention. Unfortunately, that is what biological weapons researchers always say. The ties between the military and the Wuhan lab are extensive. In 2015, researchers at Wuhan and China’s Air Force Medical University produced a chilling essay titled “The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Specie of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons.” The authors included eighteen military scientists and weapons experts. The paper was startling in its conclusions: coronaviruses could be “artificially manipulated into an emerging human disease virus, the weaponized and unleashed in a way never seen before.” They went further to predict that engineered viruses would lead to a “new era of genetic weapons.” They even questioned whether such an attack with such a bioweapon could cause the “enemy’s medical system to collapse.” When the virus emerged on the global stage and questions were raised about the possibility of a lab leak, Shi “Bat Lady” Zhengli became unglued. The documented activities of other Chinese researchers validate suspicions about Chinese bioweapons programs. Shortly after the virus began to spread in January 2020, a PLA major general named Chen Wei was deployed to the Wuhan lab and took control. Chen is an expert in biological weapons.
Shockingly. In March 2018, researchers at EcoHealth Alliance, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and the University of North Carolina submitted a proposal to the secretive Pentagon research funding agency DARPA. In the proposal, they described their plans to perform gain-of-function experiments on a highly contagious SARS-related bat coronavirus in China. The proposal called for inserting Furin cleavage sites into spike proteins of the virus, making it more infectious to humans. But DARPA rejected the proposal because it would involve gain-of-function experiments. It is a strange coincidence that less than a year later, a virus strikingly similar to the one described in this proposal emerged in the city of Wuhan.
In late 2020, the US State Department under Secretary Mike Pompeo launched an investigation into the origins of the virus. After Joe Biden was inaugurated as president, he quietly shut it down. When his termination of the investigation became public President Biden covered himself by asking for an intelligence review by US intelligence agencies. The results were inconclusive, as most people expected they would be.
CONCLUSION: What Beijing is doing has all the elements of a war: physical casualties (from fentanyl, illegal gun enhancements, and covid manipulation), mental casualties of indoctrination (from TikTok, Hollywood), and a clearly defined objective: the undermining and defeat of the United States. That is because it is a war – an unrestricted war that has redefined the weapons and battlefields.
Evidence abounds of cases on US soil of secret Chinese police stations and harassment of Chinese dissidents, the buying of farmland and other real estate assets, including nearby military bases, rampant corporate technology espionage and theft, the collection of Americans’ identity data, K-12 school influence, and proxy lobbying to work around the Foreign Agents Registration Act, among other questionable activities. Constructive responses within the federal government and specific states have to some extent been undertaken by law enforcement personnel, journalists, and political leaders. Yet such responses have met with political resistance, such as when the Department of Justice recently challenged a Florida law restricting Chinese land ownership near military bases as unconstitutional. For whom, exactly, is the DOJ working?
My research for this book has led me to conclude unequivocally that Beijing has demonstrated malign intent and practices toward the United States. This unpleasant truth offers the only foundation upon which US policy toward the CCP should rest. It is necessary to craft a solid strategy to defend ourselves and hold to account both Beijing and those who are willing to do its bidding.
